Telephone Counselling enables you to get the help you need, no matter where you are if meeting face-to-face is not possible. For example, you are on holiday and need to speak to me, we can keep to appointment time and continue our work together.
Telephone Counselling has helped many parents of young children who are having difficulty finding childcare. Setting aside a 60-minute session via the telephone and without interruptions can still enable effective counselling.
If you have a disability or suffer from social phobias, face-to-face counselling may just not be practical for you. Telephone Counselling can be very productive if this is your situation.
Online therapy allows you the convenience of receiving therapeutic counselling when a face-to-face meeting is not possible; or is not your first preference. Working online can be just as effective as face to face with the advantage that you do not have to travel to my office. With a reliable internet connection, and a private space you can have your sessions via Zoom, from wherever you are. I will guide you through setting it all up and address any confidentiality issues that may arise. If necessary we can mix face to face and online therapy to suit your needs.
