Depression

| Categories:

Depression is a medical condition that affects the way you think, feel and behave. This often results in feeling unhappy, demotivated, loss of sleep, loss of appetite and a general sense of feeling lost.

Those suffering feel they no longer enjoy the things they once did. Depression can be triggered by events such as the death of a loved one, relationship breakdowns, job redundancies, being a new parent and many other factors, although sometimes it is difficult to pinpoint just what has caused it.

Having depression symptoms can make you feel like there is no light at the end of the tunnel and you have no motivation to do anything, almost like there is a dark cloud just following you everywhere.

I can assure you, there is a way to overcome depression. Finding the tools and acting on the things you will learn with expert therapy, you can change your tomorrow; by doing something different today.
