My approaches are directive, in order to get the results you want. We will deal with your limiting beliefs, thought patterns and irrational thinking. Overcoming your mind’s resistance to overcome what it perceives as a threat, is vital to producing new and productive actions and of course the kind of life you desire. 

Coaching is a set plan we put together and we work towards a common goal with encouragement from me and set tasks to do in order to make the goal happen. This is different from counselling sessions. Coaching may only require a few sessions depending on goals and how you want to proceed.
